Compliance Specialist

About The Position

  • Assist in the company's information disclosure. Regularly and closely monitor potential significant events of the company in the global level.
  • Participate in the preparation and release of regular reports such as interim and annual reports.
  • Assist in organizing the board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings including preparation, coordination and follow up .
  • Maintain regular communication with external agencies and associations.
  • Lead and organize employee and management training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
  • Involvement in corporate governance and monitor all business operations related to compliance including policies, investments, procedures, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree and above in laws, economics or related fields required.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant fields. Candidates who are familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules are preferred.  
  • Strong sense of compliance and integrity.
  • Detailed oriented and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese. 
  • Continuous learning capability. 
  • Solid research and analytical skill.
