About The Position

  • Manages and coordinates marketing activity within assigned product-lines or a major product, including business plans and marketing objectives and strategy.
  • Marketing Inputs
  • In charge of a variety of activities including planning, work organization and methods, determining priorities, budget, and control, etc. It usually directs a large group of employees and managers through subordinate managers.
  • Marketing Skills
  • Defines objectives and plans for their attainment. Applies broad management skills, functional expertise, and knowledge to subordinate managers and staff members.
  • Seamless communication with the sales team on marketing activities
  • Ensure seamless delivery of marketing collateral to customers
  • Update customers on an ongoing basis, coordinate customer gratification activities, Conferences & Meetings.
  • Travel for conferences, Manage conference logistics
  • Plan, design, execute conference campaigns, Digital Marketing
  • Develop digital communication & content in line with brand guidelines, Website management, Digital platforms management.
  • Work on corporate branding assignments to ensure the complete benefit of it is accrued
  • To take initiative and drive PR Activities for Alma and users as per requirements to create strong visibility and presences.
  • Leading in Digital Marketing aspect, develop digital communication & content in line with brand guidelines, Website management, Digital platforms management
  • Handling Corporate Branding assignments to ensure complete benefit of it is accrued.
  • Exposure toward handling Marketing campaign on social Media Platform.


  • Qualification: Master of Marketing Management
  • 4 to 5 years of marketing experience in Pharmaceuticals, Dermatology or Medical Devices , Cosmetology industry
  • Key Competencies: Strong Command over Language and good Interpersonal Skills
  • Problem analyzing and Problem-solving
  • Comfortable with creating Creatives
  • Extensive exposure on Digital Marketing (Minimum 3years)
  • Should be comfortable with approx. 50% travel Pan India
  • Preferably from Dermatology, Medical device Cosmetology industry.
