About The Position

  • Responsible for Business development & budget achievement in assigned territories.
  • Stakeholder / KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management
  • Gain extensive knowledge about company's products and its advantages and interacts with channel partners to identify potential leads and generate sales
  • Distributor & stock management. Manage in-market outstanding.
  • Ensuring 100% implementation of marketing strategies and activities.
  • Responsible for planning and executing training of doctors.
  • Generated and maintained list of potential clients in territory to use as sales lead
  • Execute strategic sales pitch to successful close the sales deal.
  • Responsible for developing sales leads through a wide array of marketing / promotional activities, Conferences, product demos and presentations.
  • Identifies potential customers and establishes initial contacts via phone, e-mail, through field calls
  • Works independently and build customer connect for business development, Identify and develop new markets for Aesthetic lasers business, develop innovative sales promotions for Alma partners
  • Focus on Customer satisfaction, customer support in trade shows, exhibitions.
  • Regularly update information on competitors, evaluate the training needs of the distributor and customers & deliver the same
  • Develop a strategy to achieve quarterly, yearly sales objectives and follow up through monthly sales forecast,

Requirements

  • Designation : Business Manager

  • Required Experience: - 5 - 6 years of experience
  • Required segment: - Aesthetics & Dermatology
  • Required education: - Science graduate
  • Skills:- Highly presentable , Excellent communication skills, , Team player with High performance track records
