About The Position

  • Supervision and support of our sales organization
  • Carrying out operational tasks in order processing
  • Supporting the sales team in day-to-day business: preparing quotations, managing customer expectations and delivery requests
  • Management of order, delivery and payment processes. Entry and processing of customer orders in the ERP system and CRM system
  • Deadline monitoring in order processing
  • Checking delivery and payment terms
  • Coordination with purchasing department
  • General organizational and administrative work in the internal sales department
  • Collaboration in internal and cross-departmental projects


Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or scientific training or degree or comparable qualification
  • High degree of initiative and quality standards, reliability and experience in dealing with business partners and customers
  • Professional experience in sales or related areas, in the back office or in field service
  • High level of organizational and communication skills. Friendly and confident appearance, strong ability to work in a team
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Experience with ERP systems and CRM systems desirable
