About The Position
1. Supply Chain Management:
l Develop and improve practical workflow for operations management, procurement, warehousing, distribution and information management.
l Continuously optimize processes according to business changes, enhance and improve supply chain performance, and achieve timely delivery targets;
l Help in the implementation of a CRM and ERP system
l In charge of Q.C Teams, Warehouse and warehouse Team, sales order management and support team, planner and purchaser.
l Spearhead the development and enhancement of practical workflows for efficient operations management, procurement, warehousing, distribution, and information management
l Continuously optimize and streamline processes to adapt to evolving business needs, thereby enhancing overall supply chain performance and achieving on-time delivery targets.
2. Business Operations:
l Complete business operation data analysis, issue operation analysis reports, provide valuable data analysis for the business, and guide sales and operation work through analysis.
l Provide professional and efficient compliance processes to ensure timely response to business needs.
l Provide professional guidance and suggestions, and maintain good communication and interaction with the business;
3. Business Promotion:
l Responsible for the overall control of business operations, manage the bidding process.
l Control and support the whole business process from contract to collection to prevent potential risks, including contract drafting, contract negotiation, contract review, contract file management, contract implementation follow-up, billing management, refund management, revenue management, expenditure management, business dispute settlement, etc.
l Responsible for orders forecast management - . Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth statistical analyses and data mining to extract meaningful insights and patterns from datasets. Interpret and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
l Reporting and Documentation: Generate comprehensive reports and documentation to support business decisions and ensure data integrity
l Report directly to GM
4. Cross-functions Coordination:
l Promote efficient collaboration with relevant cooperation departments, and can lead the dredging of all parties to ensure the steady development of business.
l In charge of weekly and monthly sales and planning meetings.
l Communicate in English with overseas suppliers and head office.
Requirements
l Bachelor degree or above, more than 8 years of business operation related working experience, more than 3 years of team management experience, managed at least minimum 10 employees;
l Good business risk control ability and familiar with business contract management methods;
l Have practical operation and management experience in business operation, product procurement, warehousing, logistics distribution and information management;
l Experience in medical device industry is preferred.
l Experienced working with WMS, CRM and ERP systems
l Proficient in English both writing and speaking.
l Proficient in Microsoft office, and specialist in excel, able to run complex formulas, conduct statistical analyses, and provide data-driven insights, Able to use Excel functions, formulas, and features to manipulate and analyze data effectively
l Statistical Analysis Skills: Solid understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply them for various analyses, including forecasting.
l Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
l Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
l Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with team members in English and Chinese.
l Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results.
