About The Position

  • Financial reporting and analysis.
  • Monthly closing and group reporting.
  • Financial planning (Annual budget, Rolling forecast, business plan).
  • Actual vs budget analysis.
  • Set and monitor KPI’s.
  • Annual audit (working with EY).
  • Financial reporting to tax authorities.
  • Preparing tax reports in the end of the year.
  • Monitor and review day-to-day transactions, maintaining the books up to date.
  • Cash management.
  • Accounts receivables – invoicing and collection, reconciliation, and aging reports.
  • Accounts payable – record invoices, reconciliation, and suppliers ‘communication.
  • Recording expenses and processing payments.
  • Payroll processing and related statutory reports.
  • Bank reconciliation including credit cards and intercompany balances.

Requirements

  • Chinese CPA preferred.
  • Degree in business administration or comparable qualification.
  • 5-8 years of experience in global companies.
  • Excellent English – written and verbal.
  • High implementation orientation, “hands-on” mentality.
  • Team player.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
