About The Position

  • Handle receptionist duties of greeting guests, answering phone calls and managing mailings and maintain contact lists, express delivery supporting.
  • Organize and schedule appointments/activities/personnel interviews.
  • Write and distribute mail, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Order office supplies (stationery etc.) and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Assist in all official duties such as filing, data entry and office equipment, etc.
  • Support chopping process for various contracts
  • Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments.


  • 1-2 years admin experience, open industry.
  • Excellent fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiar in a team support environment.
  • Energetic, independent, mature with positive and can-do attitude.
