About The Position
Summary
Our sales team are our ambassadors to customers presenting them the best technologies in the Aesthetic Medicine, helping them master their practices. We are seeking a qualified sales manager who will present our products in the designated territory and grow our market share.
Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
Essential Functions
· Meet or Exceed budget for the territory.
· Generate leads by cold calling in person and on the phone.
· Research customer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
· Deal with customers rejections and turn them to opportunities.
· Have an urge to sell and succeed
· Utilize company’s assets, clinical and marketing tools, departments, and personnel to achieve objectives.
· Comply with company’s policies and procedures
· Provide timely reports to Country Sales Manager
· Track, analyze and communicate competition
· Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ science.
Requirements
· +5 Years in selling medical devices (experience in Aesthetics is advantage)
· Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic – Mother tongue.
· Located in Dubai
· UAE Driver’s license
· Own a car
