About The Position

  • Identifying hardware and software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Speaking to customers to get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking to customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.


  • High school diploma.
  • A relevant degree, Mechanical/Practical engineer
  • Prior experience in tech supports minimum 3 years as experience technician (medical devices – advantage).
  • Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
  • Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  •  Flexible for frequent travel
  •  UAE Driver’s license
  • Transferable visa.
