About The Position
Our sales team are our ambassadors to customers presenting them the best technologies in the Aesthetic Medicine, helping them master their practices. We are seeking a qualified Country Sales Manager who will lead a team into executing our sales strategies and reaching our short-term and long-term goals.
Our ideal Country Sales Manager, has a sharp mindset to increase the country revenues with an excellent market penetration methods. The role demands a leader with the ability to coach, advise, and motivate to maintain a high-performance team.
Essential Functions
- Meet or Exceed budget for the Country.
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales managers.
- Plan and execute leads generation process with the Sales and Marketing team.
- Assist in planning successful demos, workshops, exhibitions, and global trainings.
- Double calls to potential customers and close deals.
- Utilize company’s assets, clinical and marketing tools, and coordinate with departments to achieve objectives.
- Comply with company’s policies and procedures.
- Provide timely reports to General Manager.
- Provide quarterly forecast.
- Track, analyze and communicate competition, market trends and products feedback.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/ science/ Business (MBA is advantage).
- +10 Years in selling medical solutions (experience in Aesthetics is advantage).
- Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic – Mother tongue.
- Located in Dubai.
- UAE Driver’s license.
