About The Position
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
- Creating compelling and captivating captions for social media posts.
- Developing annual social media strategies that emphasize audience understanding.
- Collaborating closely with the graphic designer and content creators to ensure alignment of our social channels with the latest trends.
- Maintaining a detailed monthly cross-channel content calendar, strategically scheduling posts, and analyzing reports to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leading social media lead campaigns and efficiently inputting collected data into our CRM system.
- Engaging in outbound communications with the goal of increasing engagement and potential inquiries (leads).
- Staying up-to-date with trends on current and relevant social media.
Additionally, the Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting our subsidiaries and partners by providing training, consulting, and contributing to webinars and live events. This will foster collaborative growth across our marketing community.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably managing multiple accounts and/or platforms simultaneously) in a global company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Native English speaker level is a MUST).
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (HubSpot an advantage).
- Calmness Under Pressure: Excel in fast-paced settings, maintaining composure during events and unexpected projects, showcasing adaptability and poise.
- Efficient Multitasking: Skillfully handle multiple tasks, ensuring attention to detail and effective time management, crucial for managing concurrent social media campaigns.
