About The Position

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Make marketing strategies in segment market by discovering new insights while managing life cycle/portfolio strategies focus on seeking new business opportunities under ambiguity;
  • Experience in launching new products, developing strategies and communicating across departments
  • Develop and implement yearly product strategy and product plan and ensure proper implementation by the marketing and sales functions, develop and implement strategic or operational reactions according to the analysis of competitors' activities;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders on national and regional level, be responsible for international marketing communication, be member of GBT and influence global brand strategy;
  • Give professional direction and provide support on marketing activities such as design and prepare promotional campaigns and materials, printed matters, product advertisements, product-related gimmicks stick etc, ensure proper usage by sales teams;
  • Design and carry out marketing research efforts within the managed product portfolio to enable fast and well-informed decision making for Franchise Head and Management teams;
  • Execute and monitoring yearly promotion budgets as allocated to the Product Management function;
  • Drives and ensures fully compliant behavior and activities within scope and lives LIFE values in daily practice and supports colleagues to do the same value;
  • Ensures talent development and succession planning within team and contributes to the cross-functional talent development activities within franchises, leading change for capability upgrading within the team.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor degree and above with medical related majors
  • More than 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management in pharmaceutical industrial
  • International working experience and network
  • Medical and pharmaceutical related knowledge of relevant market segments
  • Strong strategic initiative
  • Strong leadership and influence power
  • Marketing related competencies
  • Fluent English expression and communication skills
