Uniquely Innovative

Alma-Q presents several unique technological innovations, including: fractional delivery and depth control for rejuvenation treatments; options for a microsecond pulse width to address a wide range of indications; and two wavelengths for the removal of most tattoos.

High Intensity, High Performance

The high-powered Q-Switch laser is the most effective method for removing natural or artificial pigmentation, while minimizing the risk of damage to surrounding tissue. Alma-Q delivers ultra-short nanosecond pulses to create a photo acoustic effect on the ink or pigment, causing its fragmentation and subsequent clearing by the body’s natural immune system.

Extended Capabilities

Alma-Q’s fractional, non-ablative, depth control option further extends the capabilities of the Q-Switch laser, triggering the synthesis of new collagen and challenging skin imperfections associated with aging.

Pulsed to the Max

Ideal for skin rejuvenation, Alma-Q offers energy delivery in both single pulse and double pulse modes. Double pulse technology disperses the laser energy into two consecutive pulses, enabling the delivery of energy of up to 2J, while maintaining patient safety, minimizing side effects and pain, and enabling the use of larger spot sizes.
